5. Refunds: We will inspect the return and issue a refund within 7 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable.

1. Superb: Like New / Pristine. These shoes have practically never been worn or were worn only once or twice. They are free from defects and look brand new. They may even come with original tags. Perfect for that "fresh out of the box" look.
2. Excellent: Gently Used / Minimal Wear. These shoes have been worn briefly but well-cared for. You might see very slight signs of use, such as faint scuffs on the soles or minor creasing on the upper, but they still look fantastic.
3. Good: Playground Ready / Visible Wear. These shoes have been worn and loved. They show visible signs of use like scuffs, fading, or sole wear. However, they are clean, structurally sound, and have tons of life left. Perfect for daycare, the park, or rough play!
