4. Shipping Charges:

• Customer's Responsibility: Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

• Our Responsibility: If we sent a wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping.

• Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.

6. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original one and place a new order.
